Siobhan Fahey ~ Bad Blood {Directors Cut}

Siobhan Fahey ~ Bad Blood {Directors Cut}

This is the alternate version of Siobhan Fahey's video for her 2005 single 'Bad Blood' released on her own SF record label.

The video is directed by Morton Magnus and Isak Isaksen and shot on location in Norway, both are fans of Siobhan, they brought out the manic intensity of the song with this eerie intense theme, the directors cut has more unused footage and a longer intro than the released version, a treat for any fan.

The song we all know of course is 'Goodbye Cruel World' which is a Shakespears Sister classic, this however has to be one of Siobhan's best live versions of it to date, energetic and glamourous.

Siobhan Fahey ~ You're Not Yourself {Now Baby}

Siobhan Fahey ~ You're Not Yourself {Now Baby}

This is a very creative video made exclusively for The Siobhan Fahey Realm by Miss Kitty VonKiss.

The song used for the video is the original demo version of Siobhan's solo take on 'You're Not Yourself {Now Baby}', a track she recorded in her home studio in 2002 for her debut solo album 'Bad Blood'.

The newly released Shakespears Sister album 'Songs From The Red Room' includes a brand new recording of 'You're Not Yourself' and is quite different from this early version, but both worthy in their own right.

Bananarama ~ Through A Childs Eyes

Bananarama ~ Through A Childs Eyes (album version)
A very atmospheric song written by Siobhan Fahey, Sara Dallin and Keren Woodward from Bananarama's 2nd album released in 1984 which showcased a more grown up and sophisticated style of songwriting.
Boasting a harmonised vocal and evident input from Siobhan 'Through A Childs Eyes' is cited by fans as one of their best songs vocally and lyrically, and a standout track from 'Bananarama' which included their massive singles 'Cruel Summer' 'Robert DeNiros Waiting' 'Rough Justice' and the largely forgotten 'Hotline To Heaven' in America the album included 'The Wild Life' which was a single release there, Canada Australia and Japan.

Bananarama ~ No Feelings

Bananarama ~ No Feelings

'No Feelings' was a Sex Pistols punk cover recorded exclusively for the soundtrack to British film 'Party Party' released in 1982, one of Bananarama's very early recordings.

They would change their sound dramastically from this in the next year, leaving their punk ethos behind them as they became more prolific as pop writers, this truly is a lost gem.

Siobhan Fahey Excerpts

Excerpt from Siobhan Fahey.

Amazon.com have just listed Shakespears Sister s new album 'Songs From The Red Room' and some very enticing excerpts of the songs have been made available.

Tracks of interest are 'Was It Worth It?' featuring former Fun Boy Three frontman Terry Hall who Siobhan had worked with while in Bananarama, it's a very deep atmospheric track and Terry's presence is made known.

'A Man In Uniform' is a dark electronic based anthem, with an early Eurythmics feel to it, until now this song has only been made available in demo for.

'Bitter Pill' has been reincarnated as ramped up guitar based epic, very different from the demo, the Siobhan Fahey electro dance solo single and the first guitar mix.

'It's A Trip' again has morphed into a different track from that of it's Punx single release and Original version.

Check out the soundbites and place your order at the link below.

Shakespears Sister ~ Hello (Turn Your Radio On) LIVE on Top Of The Pops

A memorable performance of Shakespears Sister's astounding 9th single 'Hello (Turn Your Radio On)' performed on Top Of The Pops in 1992.

Cited as one of Siobhan Fahey's best penned songs and lyrically strong and vivid, the song went on to be a big chart hit and covered by various artists since.

Bananarama In a Perfect World

Bananarama ~ In A Perfect World {Album Mix}
This is the remastered full album version of 'In A Perfect World' one of Bananarama's darker songs from their 1886 album 'True Confessions'
This track uses Siobhan's deeper voice to great effect with the spoken lyrics scattered throughout the song. A dark theme, great production and lush harmonies make for a memorable track.
